High Precision Live Centers

RMT offers a complete offering of High Precision Live Centers.  Our Live Centers are offered in 4 styles to better fit your tool holding needs.  We offer Super Precision Low-Profile, Super Precision 8 pc Sets, Super Precision and Super Precision High RPM Medium Duty to complete our offering of our Live Center.   Each of our Centers are Designed for Easy Lubrication, One Piece Body and spindle made of High-Quality forged alloy steel, hardened to 62 HRC, Precision Ground, thrust bearings with hardened frame to provide excellent Rigidity and accuracy.  These Centers used in many applications for Lathes both Manual and CNC. All our High Precision Live Centers also come with Rear Bearings to strengthen and support the radial load.   Please refer to our charts for Max Load on all our live center.
